Eucerin Daily Replenishing Body Lotion:
A light, yet effective body lotion. I use this the most in the Spring and Summer. Because it soaks in fast and still works. I do use it year round too, especially in the morning or during the day if I am applying lotion and then need to get dressed right after (i.e. I am in a rush!).
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream: **
A "heavier lotion", but magically made to feel lighter than you would think -- it is kinda of like a moisturizing cloud if that makes any sense. I use this more in the fall and winter.
Works great for preventing and calming dry, itching or irritated skin. Very soothing.
Renew Intensive Skin Therapy (Melaleuca): #
Has a fragrance I am not hugely fond of, but this had to make the list for one simple reason -- this stuff works magic on an eczema rash I get usually in the Fall. This is literally the only thing that makes it go away within a day or two at most. Luckily I don't get eczema much anymore (there are some perks to getting a little older!), but I ALWAYS have this around in my home just in case. I literally tried prescription steroid creams, Vaseline, and lots of various lotions and creams for my eczema, and for some reason none of them worked except THIS.
It is a pretty light lotion and doesn't feel as moisturizing as the other lotions on this list, but again, seems to work miracles for eczema. At least for me and one other friend whom uses per my recommendation (ok I bought if for them as a gift one year! And they swear they use it and it works for them too!).
Pretty Peakshun Skin Tight Body Lotion: ! #
This product comes in a pouch to minimize packaging and make for easy disposal; also makes it easy to get all of the lotion out of it. It has a fairly strong scent; I like it but my husband doesn't. It comes in "no color" and various "color tints". I use the "no color" one usually. It is kinda greasy but moisturizes well and makes your skin tingle like it is "waking" your skin up. It leaves a nice glow to your skin and makes your skin look more even and healthy. I consider this a special occasion lotion due to the cost.
