Gilette Fusion razors.
I know they are for men. But honestly they are just the best. I try other razors but I always end up back at this brand.
Eucerin Skin Calming Body Wash** — used as a shave “CREAM”.
This works like a dream for sensitive skin; it is watery formula but once you get past that it is amazing for shaving. My skin isn't red, bumpy or irritated after shaving if I use this.
Don't worry about trying to get it to lather. I just squeeze it into the palm of my hand and gently rub it over the skin I want to shave.
(Why are we always so obsessed with products lathering anyway?? I have come to learn that a product does not have to lather to work).

Silk'n SensEpil XL Hair Remover Device (permanent hair removal).
For me only the 2 highest settings worked for permanent hair removal; the lower settings did not. There is a little pain at the higher settings, but it is very tolerable since it is an at home device, so you can use it at your own pace.
This device worked amazing at a fraction of the cost I would have paid for a professional to do it. The device costs anywhere between $300-600 depending on if you can find it on sale; and the replacement lamp cartridges cost about $40 each. The cartridges last a while so you don’t have to replace them often.
This is the one of the best beauty investments I have ever made for myself.
Keep in mind you need to check if the device can be used for your skin tone. As you can see in my "About Me" picture of my skin, I am pale with dark brown hair. I use this device in the winter when I won't have any tan.
It sometimes makes my skin a little red after use, so I recommend you use it at least 2-3 days before you will be wearing shorts or a skirt for example.
Last piece of advise - use this device in natural light (not too bright) or a dimly lit area.
Yes, REALLY. USE IN DIMLY LIT AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT LIGHT SOURCE.
It has a skin color sensor to prevent it from being used on skin that is too dark, which helps prevent you from burning your skin with it (good safety feature!). If you turn on a bright lamp by you, it won't work because the light will cast a shadow. This was one of the frustrating things for me to figure out initially; you would think you need a brightly lit room to use it, but it is the opposite.
And make sure the light sensor is against your skin because if it is not, it will not work.
FYI - if you go to buy it from the Silk'n website, you will not see it under hair removal product section; you can only find it if you type it into the website's search field. I don't know what this means, except that maybe they will be discontinuing this product in the future?? Hopefully not, because this product works and is easy to use once you use it a couple of times.
